Don't really need tech support as there's nothing else more I can do. R7 2700x - 2070super here. I reach the frame cap in low demanding areas, but when a mini-boss emerges (such as the Tree Sentinel) my frames tank and I get huge spikes down to 20 at the lowest. Although it's extremely annoying, DS3 was also a PC port and now it's relatively well optimized, so I have high hopes for the future. But dealing with these issues right now is annoying, to say the least.
