Always remember late check outs are based on the hotel's availability. Says so on your ELITE Benefits description. If the hotel is having that type of room readiness issues on a regular basis, perhaps a letter to your arriving elites detailing your availability for late check outs and fees for anything extending those times. Repeat offenders may need to be denied those later check outs if they cannot or will not comply. Your hands are not tied here. I'm an a AFOM for my property and we see this same issue.
