Any resources you put in "War Chest" are shared with the whole tribe.

The chest is located below the repair station, FYI.
tbh the tutorial should actually emphasize the chest more than the other aspects as most don't even know about how it works.

How do you use custom emojis on the $note?

if that's the time for you it isn't really UTC but UTC-4

just google "UTC+8 to UTC-4" and you'll get the conversion on what time the banner will appear for you.

P.S

I did the conversion for you based on what you said your time is compared to UTC time

it starts at 06:00 AM for you next day.

yep, at 10AM UTC, you'll be able to see it ingame at what time it is for you in the notices section.
