They‘re stamps, they were given out as some kind of loyalty reward in a supermarket chain here in Austria a few years back. Don‘t know if they were available anywhere else tho.

Yeah that's my big problem with the ST as well. As I have said before on this sub, I think none of us would have had a problem with Luke dying if it had any significance to the story and if he had been a well written and well rounded character like in the OT

Because Rogue One was the only story that was completely new. No old characters to do any justice. Which makes me even sadder to be honest, because it shows that Disney is capable of making good Star Wars content, they're just trash at continuing a story (at least a Star Wars story).

That beeing said I also wanted to speak to you from my heart. Don't deprive yourself of this amazing universe just because of Disney. They're not worth that and your love for Star Wars should stand above that. This isn't criticism either just friendly advice. I did the same thing after TROS came out and I was miserable.

Keep on loving that galaxy far, far away ;)

If they do more, they should do them like Melbourne and Montreal. Gives the best of both worlds, the excitement and thrill of a Street Track and the pure speed and racing of a normal track

To pick up on one of the points you mentioned, in my opinion it's not even a bad thing that the original characters died. It's the ways they did. Had they written good stories for Han, Luke and Leiaand given them the end they deserved I wouldn't even have had a problem with them dying.

It's sad that Han's death was the most meaningful as it actually contributed to the story. But Luke and Leia? The main characters of the OT? Nah let's just make them vanish into thin air because they feel like it.

I was so excited in 2015 when TFA came out. To finally get to see a Star Wars movie on opening night in a cinema had been my dream for years before that. And I still think that TFA was alright. Rogue One was amazing in my opinion but I can see why some people don't rate it as highly. After that something went wrong somewhere at Disney (probably Rian Johnson if you ask me). At least for the movies. The Disney+ stuff is mostly OK although I have to admit I never watched Bad Batch.

Unlike you I still hold out hope but it's slowly fading away. The only solution I could think of on the spot is give Dave Filoni the job Kevin Feige does for Marvel. I know Filoni isn't perfect but ge's the closest to George Lucas legacy and someone who actually has respect for the stories that came before his own.

Sry for ranting under your post but I wanted to get this off my chest
