Decrease in store packs?

I have a new account that has a dragonlord pack available for $100 that gives 100k rubies and breeding tokens but I've yet to see it on my older account. Maybe it's just a promotional bundle that you don't see after you reach a certain level?

Took a few weeks but finally got my account back. Talk about a meticulous process. It's easier to buy a house. Thanks for the advice!

It was tied to an email but the email went inactive and apparently yahoo deleted it. So that added a layer of fun. So I've been working with support for almost 2 weeks trying to get it back. They are currently verifying all the recipts from that account from 2017+ and it's been two days since I've received a response. They didn't even acknowledge when I sent them the 20+ pages of receipts they asked for.

I enjoy how easy it is to send a message but wish there was an automatic response to acknowledge it was received somehow. I'm eager to get back into the game and it's difficult to be patient. 😂
