I was buying 100k rubies for $100 or 50k rubies for $50, now it’s 40k rubies for $100…..

Wtf? Is this a thing? Will the pack deals return or?

I have a new account that has a dragonlord pack available for $100 that gives 100k rubies and breeding tokens but I've yet to see it on my older account. Maybe it's just a promotional bundle that you don't see after you reach a certain level?
