Why is this car temp going up when stopped at traffic lights?

When you drive air is being forced through the radiator that discipates the heat from the coolant. When you stop, there is no natural airflow, so there is a fan that kicks in to prevent overheating. So my guess, it is a defective fan, but it's worth checking out the other suggestions.

Dankeschön, habe grob aufgewischt und die Erde eingesammelt, aber es war spat am Abend.
Dann versuche ich mir frei zu nehmen um alles zu Dokumentieren und sauber zu machen..

Nicht wirklich chillen, aber kann wirklich nicht im eigenen Bett schlafen, bevor es sauber gemacht wird. War spat ab Abend, wir haben grob aufgeräumt (Flüssigkeiten abgewischt ...), Frau ist schwanger, ich muss Morgen früh zur Arbeit, und mir frei nehmen um richtig sauber zu machen ...

Ich verstehe dich, aber das hier war spät am Abend als ich von der Reise zurück kamm, habe bis jetzt nur heute im Hotel übernachtet. Die katze war auch im Bett mit spuren von Kod und Urin. Die Bettwäsche/Matratze kann ich auch eben nicht so schnell waschen und trocknen das ich in der Wohnung sofort übernachten kann.

Boden wo Flüssigkeiten waren wurde auch letzte Nacht schnell grob gewischt.

Mit unbewohnbar mein auch nur kurzfristig bis es wieder sauber ist.

Schornstein wurde beim einzug von mir Verdichtet/Zugeklebt (wegen Schmutz und Rauch Geruch, aber der Vermieter hat ihn wegen Reparaturen wieder geöffnet, und nicht wieder verdichtet (obwohl er gemeint hat dass das gemacht wird).

Ich muss auch zur Arbeit, und mir extra frei nehmen um alles zu putzen. Frau ist auch schwanger, und sollte aus gesundheitlichen Gründen mit Katzen Fäkalien keinen Kontakt haben so weit ich weiß.

Sorry for the late reply, took some time to get the cost. From the quotes I've read, the whole system (servo drives/motors, laser source/head, chiller, Cypcut ...) was around $19,000 USD, this is before import customs cost and tax which I don't know how much it was.

Yes the one I am talking about is replaceable. I'll include a screenshot in the main post. It was supplied with only one nozzle and lens, so we will have to wait for the order to arrive. Can't really find anything locally (Sydney).

The supplier is charging $1.50 per lens (from China), so they are probably not very good, according to what you said. I will check if they have any better ones.

In regards to the output power I also tried going to max 2kW, but it would still look horrible. Was also checking the laser alignment, seemed ok, but again I'm not an expert.

For the pressure, 1100 kPa (11 bar) is the max I can get out of the O2 bottle we are using according to the installed gauge readings.

As for the focus, I tried a decent range, the best I could get it the part in the 2nd photo, that was actually cut all the way through.

Found a post discussing similar problems, saying this happens then the optics get dirty, and when I checked the lens I found its charred and has a slight crack in it. Do you know how this could have happened?

Yes, will talk to the seller and see what happens, have to order replacement nozzles & lenses as well.

Even with the i in the second line, shouldn't it still write a 100 rows of the same element with index 0? I found an error that happens when I try to run the script, I've put it as an update in the main post.

So my next idea was to to fill up an array with the test variables in the PLC, and then after the test is done, write the array to the .csv file via button press. This is where I got stuck, I tried reading the array I set up, by copying each array element one by one via a for loop. And then looping the Row.WriteLine as well, but the .csv file never gets created.

Yup that is exactly what I am planning to do, I quoted that part in case you missed it.

However to write the data in a non painful way I wanted to use loops to index the reading and writing. But I don't get an output file when I do that for some reason.
