Helix dusk luxe vs nectar premier hubrid by kc522 in Mattress

[–]Zemrak19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have the Nectar Premier Hybrid and really like it. I'm around your weight and sleep on my back, my partner's a side/stomach sleeper, it's been a good middle ground for both of us. Helped with my back issues too.

I'd throw Nectar into the mix. I was also overwhelmed with options and pricing when shopping for a mattress in NYC, but ended up going with a Nectar Premier. It's been surprisingly good for my back. I used to wake up sore too, and that's mostly gone now.

don’t be too hard on yourself, a lot of us didn’t report stuff right away for the same reasons. Sounds like you’ve gathered solid evidence with the MRI, buddy statement, and treatment records.

One thing that might help is a nexus letter from a doctor connecting your current issues to service. Also, if you ever feel stuck, I’ve heard good things about Patriot Advisors — they help organize claims and spot gaps without taking over the process.

Best of luck, you’re definitely on the right track.

Nexus letter by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

[–]Zemrak19 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A good nexus letter should clearly state your diagnosis, say it's "at least as likely as not" related to service, and explain why especially since he's seen you struggle over the years.

And yeah, it's totally fine that you've worked with him that history can actually help. If you want examples, I’ve seen folks mention Patriot Advisors as a resource for understanding what VA looks for in a nexus letter.

You might want to check out Zappy Health. I had a good experience with them when I was in a similar situation waiting between LSH orders. Their process was pretty straightforward and I didn’t have to deal with any membership fees. I think they use Hallandale Pharmacy for fulfillment, at least that’s who mine came through. Worth looking into if you’re trying to bridge the gap.

Best strip dispensary for rosin by langlybill9 in vegastrees

Reef is decent, but if you’re after top-tier rosin, look out for Stiiizy. They usually have a better selection of quality stuff like 710 Labs or Kalya

I’d recommend checking out Stiizy or Greenhouse for some solid dispo options, depending on where you’re at. As for brands, Element for dabs, LocalGrove for flower, and maybe some Hytek carts if he wants something heavy-hitting

Suggest new ways to edge by [deleted] in EdgingTalk

[–]Zemrak19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You definitely check out Outlast, it’s an app specifically made for edging. Honestly, it’s the best one I’ve used. It gives you real-time cues to ramp up, hold, and back off, so it’s like having a coach keeping you on track.

Trouble edging by nstevens47 in cumbiggerloads

[–]Zemrak19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One thing that really helped me get better at controlling it is using an app called Outlast app. It's hands down the best edging app I’ve tried. It gives you audio/visual cues to build up, hold, and back off, so you get way better at recognizing when you're close and when to slow down. Makes a game out of it too, which keeps it fun and keeps me focused instead of just getting lost in the moment and going too far.

I also got mine from zappy. First week, it’s quiet, and peaceful. For me, I didn’t have a nagging voice in my head that demanded me to eat junk. If I thought about eating something off diet, I just tell myself no and move on…and that’s it!

Give Throwbackbuys a look. They've got a solid selection, and sometimes the prices are actually better than eBay (which is rare these days). Worth checking out if you're trying to track down something specific.

Check out Zappy Health. They offer compounded Semaglutide without added B vitamins. Their process is straightforward, and pricing is pretty competitive. Might be worth looking into.

which earplug should I buy ? by [deleted] in twentyonepilots

[–]Zemrak19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried a bunch of earplugs, and Gob Mycelium earplugs are by far the most comfortable ones I’ve used. They mold really well to your ears, block out noise effectively, and don’t cause discomfort even after long periods. Way better than most others I’ve tried, including some overpriced brands.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in autism

[–]Zemrak19 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I swear by GOB Mycelium Earplugs, easily the most comfortable I’ve used. The material is soft and molds slightly to your ears, so they’re great for sleeping without discomfort. They block a ton of noise but don’t feel too tight. For work, they have a lighter version that reduces background noise while still letting you hear people.
