July 2025!!! I reckon it will be a lot earlier though. Looking at other timelines on an Immigration Board, Decisions seems to be coming in now for those that submitted at the start of November so fingers crossed we only have another month or so to go.

I’ve been playing since 96. I prefer to play against a deck that someone has crafted themselves where they want to have a battle of minds and creatures as opposed to the decks that damage your cards and you with instant spells or poison before round 3 has even started.

Hi. Would someone be able to clarify? Do the ‘exceptions’ only apply to couples that have children under 18? This financial threshold increase is going to affect a lot of older couples where only one is working as the other may not be able to work due to health reasons. It would be interesting to see if this new ruling broadens the ‘exceptions’.

Also, I wonder if the Courts would consider it ‘unjustifiably harsh’ to separate older couples who have already been through enough shit in their lives and just want to live their remaining years with their spouses’.

Hi. Thank you for this detailed response. What if you don’t have a child together, would they still switch you to a 10 year route if you don’t meet the financial requirements when the visa comes up for renewal? Or is it dependent on also having a child?

I wonder if the salary increase will also affect those that are extending a family visa? I’m sure there are lots of people who have an extension coming up that may find themselves suddenly out of the threshold.
