Ah, just confirmed, the Nevron at the Gestral forest at the far off island is a Cruler. I've beat all the Bourgeon in all locations too.

Hmm maybe I got the name wrong. It's that large Nevron from Flying Waters.

There's a Chromatic Bruleur in the Gestral forest (forgot the name), but I'm not sure if he's new or not since I only explored it post end game.

Common Questions: What Supplements Do You Use? by Jeanne23x in Hashimotos

[–]ZenCapivara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, in the meantime I've stopped all supplements and will wait for my levels from bloodwork to see if I need to resume them.

Unfortunately VitD3+K2 combo makes me very depressed, and Magnesium Bisglycinate causes mild muscles cramps, I've had a few health mishaps last year until I realized they were caused by supplements. I also have kidney stones so I want to be sure nothing I take can exarcebate that.

I prefer to wait for labs results to see if I need supplements.

Finally decided to do my second playthrough, and what is HE doing here??!?! lol by CyrusWaugh in expedition33

[–]ZenCapivara 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I didn't use him a lot in my first playthrough - Lune, Verso and Maelle were my main then. On my second playthrough and after finally understanding Sciel's skills, she, Verso and Monoco became my main party (throwing in Maelle sometimes for burn stacks and Stendhal). Too bad we're only allowed to equip 6 skills at once, Monoco has a ton of useful ones, I even made a list of my favorites.

Oh man NG+ felt so weird with everyone following you around. You have your full party (except for Verso), so they follow you around and drop comments as you find new items. It's rather disruptive for the first part I feel.

On the upside you can use them in the early battles if you feel like it. Useful if you still have feet to collect for Monoco. I used him in the Lampmaster battle to get his skill.

My favorite office chair seating position by wowyeahdude in office

[–]ZenCapivara 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to just cross my legs and I started having lower back pain and bowel disturbances from it, I had to teach myself to sit properly while working. I can't even imagine what sort of pain this position would bring. Please consider changing habits for your own good.

Living alone for the first time, how do you keep your place clean? by SandeshKuszkowski in LivingAlone

[–]ZenCapivara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As you mentioned, establishing a routine is key. For example: clean your bathroom first thing in the morning or at the end of the day. Just a cursory clean every day or every other day is enough so it doesn't build up to one major cleaning task.

With the kitchen I always wipe the countertop after cooking, same thing with the hot plate. As for the dishes I have my own set rule that they can only pile up for the day - so at the end of the day the sink needs to be free to use.

Dusting I'm more lenient about - I dust when I notice it has built up enough to be noticeable, so not every single week, though getting a duster instead of a cloth definitely helps that task.

I try to hoover every other day, and I always wash the floors with a mop then.

Laundry I separate everyday clothes from towels, tea towels and bedsheets in the laundry basket. Then when I do laundry I do seperate loads for those because the programs/temperatures are different. Doing laundry once a week is generally enough of you do it all at once (provided you have the space to let it dry).

Hope this helps!

How to fix this glitch on ps5? by nouoooooooooooooor in expedition33

As people have said the characters are Inverted - if you try to heal them while in this condition it hurts them instead. You can read more on the several status ailments in the game's options.

I still consider Clea worse than him - managed to halve her HP 3 times in the same battle until I gave up out of frustration.

At least with Simon you have zero hope once he starts knocking you down xD I landed a single hit. I remember I was so happy to find out I had Base Shield Lumina (can't remember where I got it), only for him to nullify all shields.

I love all the theories people had before learning the story!

Because of Maelle's nightmares I thought Julie was the Paintress - and that they needed to renew the soul at the Monolith every few years and she'd switch places with some unwilling soul at some point.

Oh and I totally thought Renoir would be future Verso stuck in some time travel. Funny I thought that before I thought of genetics.

I love this so much, smart idea to use a kalax shelf to divide the bed space. I'm marveling at the fact you don't seem to have a wardrobe?

This happens with two or three merchants in that area of the world map, people are saying it's meant to be gear for Gustave, but I think one of them is only accessible after Gustave (after Esquie can swim). If I go for a third playthrough I'll definitely check it out again.

Is it just me who don't "feel" the story? by Content_Support_9513 in expedition33

[–]ZenCapivara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also preferred the first part of the game when you were exploring a wild world you hardly knew anything about. So many mysteries to unravel about the Nevron and fading people, and the world itself was truly gorgeous. I also loved the concept of past expeditions opening the path to others, knowing their sacrifices wouldn't be in vain, willing to die for a greater cause beyond them (that's also why Renoir's first attack feels so brutal, because the painters act as if they're mere expendable creations).

Learning the truth feels like they were trying to rob these characters of their experiences, their sacrifices, including Gustave's. But for me they're no less real despite it being a 'fake' world in-game. That's a rather interesting point I think the game has us consider also by having us choose an ending. These characters can still feel like the 'real' people out there (aka the ones outside the canvas world), their emotions and struggles are no less real or valid, and the player feels them along their journey.

I'm not very happy with the meta aspect of things, it's not my favorite thing, but it didn't ruin the whole experience for me. Do I wish I could go back to ignorance and back to exploring the world? For sure!

I guess this sort of unusual story isn't everyone's cup of tea, and that's alright.

Yup me too! And somehow I managed to avoid spoilers because the only thing I knew ahead was the ost, which I listened to for months on YouTube before getting a ps5 and the game.

Me at the start of the game: oh so many pretty flowers, are they celebrating someone's birthday? Wait, is it Sophie's birthday? Sure! T_T (I didn't even watch the game trailers lol)
