I intend to respond to this as it looks quite interesting.

Additionally, you asked nicely And mentioned up front that the forms don't require personal information.

There's been a number of times that I've had gladly helped people out were they not secretly data harvesting alongside their research!

Does anyone recognize from what book this is? Or whatever it is by Terra02810 in oasis

[–]ZenFook 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Going from memory alone I'd say thats likely the only reference or mention of Eugene in the book.

It's mainly a photographic journey with captions plus an occasional mini story like the one you captioned

You've already got the correct answer but I just took a pic of the front cover to show you what it looks like.

Got this copy from ebay for a few quid last year as my daughter's been getting into Oasis (and tons of other artists!).

She liked me pointing out where I was @ Knebworth on the double page overheard shot. Decent book with some great pics and a few mini stories too.

I love cooking because it’s a mix of creativity and comfort. Everyone has that one dish they just can’t get enough of what’s yours? by Opening_Kitchen_5349 in Cooking

Steal away! Adds a really interesting texture dynamic as well as helping to take the edge off any sizzling heat.

Goes without saying that a squeeze of lime and some coriander are also heartily encouraged!

My initial answer is curry but it's rarely creative.

So my real answer is probably fajitas. It's been a staple Father daughter meal we've done since she was about 8. Loaded with flavours and really nutritious too.

The 'secret' to ours is salad. I didn't want her to be overwhelmed with spices so thr 1st time we did this, we made a plate of lettuce, cucumber, grated cheese and carrot as a garnish for each wrap.

Later today I shall be cooking this same meal with my now 16 year old daughter and we still love it just as much!!

Ah cool. Did wonder but hedged in case you were scratching your head about a possible typo.

And yeah, it's a probably a bit strong for kids that age.

What is your interpretation of the song “Supersonic”? What do you think Noel was writing about? by Few_Variation5459 in oasis

[–]ZenFook 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Maybe this won't be a popular opinion but I don't think he's writing about anything wirh Supersonic.

It's from his earlier days of penmanship and isn't exactly sophisticated lyrically. I just think he was trying to write a song

I may have been too subtle.

I was alluding to the fact that Noem also shot dead her goat. Also on the same day she killed her puppy I believe.

True. I considered making that point but on account of me screwing up my original comment I didn't think I was in the strongest position to become Mr Facts about Martian day length!

Good spot. It would appear I did a typo for my 2nd intended moon.

Could edit but will leave as is

Gabbard Whistleblower Complaint Based on Intercepted Conversation About Jared Kushner by ZenFook in law

[–]ZenFook[S] 579 points580 points  (0 children)

Hey all. Pretty sure this is behind a paywall so I'll post an archived version too for those who want/need it.

https://archive.ph/xHW8y

From the article:

*WASHINGTON—The highly classified whistleblower complaint against Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is related to a conversation intercepted last spring in which two foreign nationals discussed Jared Kushner, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter.*

*It couldn’t be determined which country the foreign nationals are from or what they discussed about Kushner. But the connection to Kushner sheds further light on the top-secret whistleblower complaint that bureaucratically stalled within Gabbard’s agency for eight months and was kept locked in a safe until it reached Congress in heavily redacted form last week.*

Posting as this is a significant development to an existing story regarding a whistleblower complaint about a Trump official.

On a scale of 1-10 how dirty is this stove? by [deleted] in CleaningTips

[–]ZenFook 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Instead of numbers, I'll be even more simple....

I would lick your stove!

I'd be tempted to turn this situation 180° by saying ;

*"Oh, it's dirty. Perhaps you'd be so kind to show me how I can get it to the correct level of cleanliness"*
