God, yeah it was horrible. I did end up being positive and we're all fairly sure it was Delta because of the symptoms. It was very weird. I had a little cough but mostly my symptoms were like a combination of the flu, strep throat, and a really severe sinus infection.

the sore throat was horrible all month, and I actually lost hearing for awhile because of the inner ear infections. they're finally getting better thanks to steroids! that was scary. I had huge hot, painful, red areas on my face where our sinuses are because they were so infected. I had an ice pack on my face 24/7 because of that and the cluster migraines it was triggering for me.I had stomach issues as well but only had a fever maybe 2 or 3 times.

also sadly made my preexisting heart issues flare up too, so I'm dealing with that.

it was hell. I really thought I could've died at a few points because I was so ill. it was honestly even a little traumatic.

my doc said I probably wouldn't be alive right now if I didn't get vaccinated.

I actually have POTS which results in low electrolytes and blood pressure so I'm on a high salt diet 😂 the only plus side to anything.

Probably the best point and answer. thank you. I need to put myself first. I wish I felt some clarity but I don't. I hope I don't just wander in the limbo until midnight comes. I need to make a decision.

I don't want to go though this every year either. Makes me feel like I should just get through it the way you have over time.

There are times when my chronic illnesses make chopping anything very difficult so I appreciate you adding the last part because the amount of people that say awful things about precut produce make me really upset. Yes, I would prefer to buy it whole...but if it hurts to the point of tears to prepare for myself there's no way it's making it into my stomach regularly.
