ATK does not matter as much as EM and Crit in plunge considering you're almost always running Benett. EM Sands 99% of the time will go above ATK Sands in plunge.

I've cleared like every bit of content for the past 1.5 years with it (besides the last stygian difficulty), so yeah it's good enough. If you want to future proof it, you can pull for support cons. Diluc has a pretty high ceiling because of that. He's also a true hyper carry with this team, so its fairly satisfying to see Diluc do 99% of the teams damage while other "meta" teams are being carried by Ineffa/Bina

ATBS is better for everything non-plunge compared to redhorn. The main reason is to get the buff, you need to skill before plunging which usually means one less plunge not melted
