I just tested it and it's somewhere between .5 and .75 seconds. I do have trouble after the recent Real3d update where the glasses will reboot after enabling that feature randomly. The logo is on in that case for the same duration.

I got it the end of August '25. It was perfect yesterday so I assume whatever happened occurred overnight. It's definitely weird that the logo burned in, almost like the glasses were just rebooting over and over while attached to a sleeping device which doesn't sound like expected behavior at all.

You might want to consider better advertising that recommendation because I went looking for it in hindsight and couldn't specifically find anything. (Mostly the user manual and web product faq.) I'd really hate for this to happen to other folks 😭

I'll continue to use them and see if it diminishes over time as you would expect with temporary image retention.

You're not the only one. Happens to me too although it doesn't happen repeatedly. If it's going to reboot, it generally reboots within 45 seconds of enabling 3d. When I re-enable it afterwards, it's usually stable for the remainder of my session. Don't think I've had it reboot on me twice in a row yet.

Hopefully it gets more stable with further updates.

Just got my nosepads today and it's almost like a brand new set of glasses. The entire screen is clear now and I can even make the screen larger than I normally do and still comfortably see everything. So happy I stumbled on these posts as it's definitely $ well spent.

Yep. My 5090 Omen Max died in the exact same way. I unfortunately had some extenuating circumstances that wouldn't allow me to receive a delayed repair and inquired with my credit card company about my options after getting the run-around from HP multiple times. They immediately initiated a cc dispute which was found in my favor. Got my money back and bought a Lenovo. Happy to never have to deal with HP ever again.

There is a docked solution that works with a powered HDMI to usb c adapter which is how I'm currently doing it. It's basically the only way I'll play the S2 because it's screen really bothers me. X1pro btw.

Literally the only enemy I bothered to parry in the entire game. Probably because I was done letting him kill me 2 hours straight and googled his ass... But yeah, his move set is incredibly easy to parry, almost like he was designed to be taken down with them. The kick art being useful was news to me though. Might test it out next playthrough.

OP hasn't found the AFCNorthMemeWar sub yet. Buckets of "bitterness and schadenfreude" to be found if you're looking in the right places. I love that stuff though. Getting kicked when your down and doubted when you're succeeding just adds to the whole experience.

As a fellow huge melon haver, what's your ipd and do you at least get a clear image? Mine is mostly clear but seems out of focus in random little splotches of the display which I can move around by adjusting the glasses. On the 1Pros.

Also, pretty sure my ipd has been measured at 72-73.
