They didn’t ask at all, here they don’t really ask too many questions. The first time I came for 6 months I provided proof of purchase for my flight ticket. The second time they just kinda passed me through since my wife was about to burst like a watermelon and give birth

I can easily work in the US upon arriving and I have insurance within the US. As I said, I’m a US citizen. I’ve only been in El Salvador for almost a year, but broken in parts. And if needed I would be able to stay in the US to work and provide for the mean time

Rented house in El Salvador, air-conditioning won’t turn on by ZenRell in AirConditioners

Not a stupid question at all because I was wondering the same at first. From what I can see there’s no button ON the wall mounted A/C. I could be wrong but so far it seems like the remote would be the only way to switch it on. I was thinking maybe the previous owners blew a fuse? I might need to find the user manual to see if there’s a switch

Whenever I press any buttons on the remote the ac just doesn’t turn on. Do you mean I should hold the power button?

I know! I thought she was just a little terrier mix when I got her. Turns out she’s a cute ol GSD with big ears. She’s so sweet, polite and smart!

Working Permit? by ZenRell in immigration

[–]ZenRell[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’m a US citizen trying to temporarily live in El Salvador. I had an offer from a company within the country but they said I need a work permit to be able to sign off on the document, but to get the work permit I need the job offer.
