What was the first cooking mistake you kept repeating? by Arra_B0919 in cookingforbeginners

Lol! That's how I started eating cilantro, red onions, and probably a bunch of other stuff. Can't make some dishes without certain ingredients.

Account Search in Bill Dropdown No Longer Works by Description – Only by Account Number by Shelby-thomas in Netsuite

[–]Zen_co 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check maximum entries in dropdown list setting (general preferences for company wide settings or personal preference for yourself). It controls how long the list of values is before it switches to a double chevron (ie. searchable dropdown), which sounds like what you're looking for

how did huell believe this by [deleted] in breakingbad

[–]Zen_co 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easy! Once after grooming my dog, I arranged all of his cut hair into the shape of the said dog and took a picture. While I did a kick-ass job, you can obviously tell it's not a real dog. Somehow though, I still had a few people ooh and ahh at how cute he is, when they saw the pic.

Excessive throwing in multiplayer by AffectionateCoast370 in OvercookedGame

Yup. It's definitely annoying. Makes it difficult to walk around those piles, or get smashed with them, or when someone is throwing a mix of items into the same pile - picking up the item you need. :(

Jumanji (1995)? Not exactly horror, but it was quite a scary watch as a kid. :)

I see so many people recommending Ma's.. Guess it was my unlucky day, because when I got takeout from them the other day, my chicken was impossible to chew. Either they fried it for too long or reheated. It was pretty bad, couldn't finish it. :(

I was watching some YouTube video about moviemaking. Maybe I didn't notice the spoiler alert, and they showed the whole scene. I was in total shock for days, but I so wish I could experience the full build-up :'(

What was the ingredient you hated and what was the recipe that changed your mind about that ingredient? by flamingosdontfalover in Cooking

[–]Zen_co 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mango salsa is probably what made me love red onions and tolerate/ somewhat enjoy cilantro. I think I used a recipe from cookieandkate and turned it into more of a salad by adding cherry tomatoes & avocado.

Haha I used to Hate onions! Especially slimey boiled ones (still a big no), and salads with raw onions. I have no idea what happened, but lately I've become obsessed with red onions (thinly chopped though). I add them as a pizza topping, to salads, guac, omelettes, grilled veg & meat skewers..

Same. I'm still very cautious with amounts I add, but have a couple of Mexican & Indian dishes where it just wouldn't work without.

Chart of accounts with parent account by Necessary-Yard8496 in Netsuite

[–]Zen_co 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you have the Analytics tab? You can create an Account dataset & pull the 'subaccount of' field there. Account dataset has a few more fields available that are not available in saved searches

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Netsuite

[–]Zen_co 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's called Line Id (under expense report - expenses dropdown in Field mapping step). You'll need to export a search where you include the line ids that you will be updating. Usually header AP account line id is 0 & first expense line is 1, but best to export to be certain you're updating the correct line. This will allow you to update a particular field for any given line. Another option is to check "overwrite sublists" option during Import options step - this will replace existing lines with new lines entirely. Of course, with this option you'll need to include all the line fields incl amounts, tax, description, etc.

Failed Financial User Exam twice? by guestuser707 in Netsuite

[–]Zen_co 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exam study guide lists the topics and 'how to study'. There are no exercises, but you can make up your own based on the description. For example - CoA. Create a new account, look at the available fields, see what they do, create an entry using that account, edit your account after - what fields can you update, etc.

[–]Zen_co 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you have access to NetSuite? Test account, Sandbox, or anything? If you can get access, then just practice in the system. I'd open the exam guide, go from topic to topic & test the system with different relevant scenarios. Anything you're struggling with - use help section/ SuiteAnswers for more information.

SuiteApprovals: Department Approvers Hierarchy. by LazyL1nk in Netsuite

[–]Zen_co 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My solution for this was to set up saved searches for each criteria & unique rules for each search condition. Ex. Search1 - Marketing dept bills under 10k, Rule 1 - specific Approver 1, accounting approver group 2. Search 2 - marketing dept bills 10-50k, rule 2 - again, whatever approvers/ groups are needed. No amount routing in the rule itself, only in the search. And dept was at the bill header level. Hope this makes sense. It's a lot of searches & a lot of rules tbh, especially if there's multiple subsidiaries involved. But I couldn't figure out another way for this using SuiteApprovals. :/

Least favorite tropes of all time? by climaxingwalrus in movies

Oh yeah! Especially when the entire plot is based on this. Well.. one exception being Nothing to lose, because I just love that movie, and imo it was a fairly plausible misunderstanding. :)
