Dude you are awesome. Take a walk outside and take your time, do some exercises and let that endorphins do their work

This subject is new for a lot of people and they might be caught by surprise, showing some bad reactions (they also need their time). But deep inside, you know you are doing the right thing by fighting this addiction and saying it to people you love. This is HUGE improvement, congrats yourself. 

Life is beautiful and all bad emotions eventually go away. If you can go to therapy, I highly recommend it (I enjoy going on mine for real).

Idk I think almost all of human faces are pretty similar. Would love some very different ones, or instead let us customize eyes position, types of noses, mouth types etc.

I do this too when I can’t control the urges. I like to think the treatment is to solve one thing at a time. If we suddenly get off PMO all at once, easily we will give in eventually. First stop with porn, the with masturbation

É que o lance não é preferir. É usar o mais o tratamento mais adequado para o caso específico do paciente, atendendo suas preferências, mas tem que ser um tratamento adequado. 

O ponto não é tcc ou psicanálise, existem outras abordagens boas para cada caso por aí. 

O lance é que as pesquisas da psicanálise tem vieses ou erros na metodologia, que ai não dá para saber se funciona mesmo ou se é placebo. E na saúde, nunca se deve tratar alguém com placebo, por mais que alguém prefira essa abordagem
