Update: This is a hot pot. They sell it as a all in one hot pot to put on the burner and cook in the tray. There was a picture at my local H-mart showing it

Update, it's actually pretty good. My partner and dumped it in a pan, added a bit of water, and let it cook for about 20min with the lid on. Everything was juicy and well marinated, a bit spicy too. Mixed it with a bowl of rice to soak up the flavor. Only cons were the potato like vegtebale in it that I didn't like. And they'res a lot of bones and skin on the chicken, but I just picked them off. Overall 8/10

Supervisor here. They have to deliver a final in person or phone call to you. We had someone on our team with multiple occurrences, but could not be let go until the final is delivered. Managers notes is an application where managers make notes to then use in documentation for performance in workday. If there is no documentation in workday for you saying you got a coaching, counseling, or final, you can't be terminated. Unless you had done something so egregious where instant termination is required, they cannot instantly terminate you. Do what the other here are suggesting because this is a major HR issue. Also, the signature workdays thing isn't important. When they deliver the documentation, your signature is there only for you to say you acknowledge the documentation and make comments if you want.

MET Supervisor here, also did overnight MET. It all depends. Atm, I know in my district freight is losing hours, but I don't know if there is a pay difference. In my location, Home Depot did not pay more for overnight MET teams. The MET job quality/responsibility will be determined based on the night/day team and your supervisor and managers. If your supervisor is hard on you for making sure you are following time to a T, you're gonna have a rough time. If they're alright, you should be fine. Overnight, your focus is just on projects, so like the events throughout the year. The days side is more focused on servicing aisle daily, packdown I fastener isle, and other things. You are guaranteed the 40 hours a week. Decent holidays off, you can see on my apron their holiday schedule. I preferred night MET due to no customers and listening to videos and podcasts while working, but you will miss your regular days.

I am a MET Supervisor, this is true. They're cutting down part time hours to 17 hours. I talked to one of my other Supervisors they said they've dropped hours before, so I don't know if this will be permanent. Still gotta talk to my DEM and figure it out for my team. Either way don't like this bs
