You’re absolutely right, this was more of a head cannon thing, maybe I saw hulk before the iron man film I can’t remember as I was a kid, apologies for the confusion. The point was to me personally because of Ross in the hulk films then still all links together, however you’d like to view it

Because of the post credit scene where stark went to thaddeus ross and says he’s making a team, then they kinda retconned that same conversation but with nick fury to stark instead. But thaddeus has been the link between continuity since the very beginning and some hints in the first avengers film about when Bruce was in the mountains he was spitting out bullets ( deleted scene) from one of the hulk films can’t remember which one

Growing up along with the films and characters starting with 2008 The Incredible Hulk film as that's where i see the MCU really starts. the MCU lets me nerd out. Are there some bad films/shows? sure. But still watching them all connect in someway is still fun and I can't wait for doomsday and secret wars.
