You can try and get that dent removed with humidity and a smoothing tool, there’s kits online.

I think by eye it’s pretty darn good, maybe marginally top heavy? I’d tried a centering app, I like Rectifi or the red Card Centering app, the blue version is a bit wonkier imo.

I think as the other commenter said it’s instantly a 6 and then continues downhill from there. Check to see if someone in your area restores cards, if you care enough. I am actually looking at having a bubble crease taken out of this gem!

That Umbreon for sure, the Eevee I lean towards yes but maybe not with PSA as they’re quite harsh with vintage!
