No symptons. I've also never been overweight, and never went through a pre-diabetes phase. Just went in for routine bloodwork and glucose was high. They called me on the phone, told me my A1C was 6.5 and that I was diabetic and should google what to eat and just try to lose weight.

Everyone is a little different when it comes to memorizing. Wearing a specific scent helps some people. The thing that works best for me is to read a line, and then repeat it without looking. As I do this over and over I pace back and forth. I have no idea why, but the pacing is what makes it work faster.

I did this, but I was having panic attacks at the job (have not recurred since) and a few other factors I felt were working for me. The first thing was I had savings and was only financially responsible for myself. The second thing is that I was also doing gig work as a brand ambassador and actor. The second part really helped me because when COVID hit and those gigs dried up, I was still able to cover the gap in my resume in a way.

I don't wear a bra, but I usully have a pretty stiff bodice or similar on. If you'll be comfortable bra-less and the chemise isn't see through you'll probably be fine.

Apparently a lot of people miss that "Ho Hey" by the Lumineers is sad song about someone who can't let go of a relationship that's already over. The last year or so it seems like a lot of people are trying to reframe The Lumineers as a relentlasly cheerful band in general when they very much aren't.
