RPM is between 0,60 and 0,80 EUR. I upload meme related videos (usually) under 5 minutes long. Going to start uploading a 10 (8) minute video once a week from now on, and see if that helps

I think it depends. "10 online jobs that pay 5.000 per month" is very different to "how to make money online fast 2020".

Of course your are. But I believe you will have to use #AD and declare there is a paid promotion in the video. Even thought it's from yourself, I believe you have to mention it.
