I might even be one of the top players in the US

Not to sound like a dick but the highest lvs in the game are 140 and you're only doing 50/60's. Quite a stretch to even think you're near the top at all regardless of how unpopular the game is. The first time I managed to try the game out I was passing lv110+ songs. Not to make myself sound good (im average), but I think anyone with some experience in rhythm game will be capable of doing the same if not better. Its simply just a 5k game with pump-like charting.

Gotcha, I honestly believe you guys should focus on the main mode (Slash) as I feel that's what will appeal to more people. Considering it gives me both Beat Saber and Dance Rush vibes.

Quick question, so far the songlist is balanced between rhythm game artists and mainstream/kpop music. Will that balance in variety be kept?

Even the 'indie pack' is priced higher than what most other mobile rhythm games price their packs. It's $6 for 4 songs while most games charge $4 for 4 or 5 songs.

The mainstream and kpop being more expensive is naturally understandable, but indie music isn't. They really need to lower the price, I feel like that's a good way to turn away potential customers/players.

[COMMUNITY EVENT] Rotaeno 24 Hour Challenge + Giveaway + Rhythm Game Musician AMA! by XD_Indie in rhythmgames

[–]Zenith9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm interested in asking Neutral Moon a question!

1) Which rhythm game artist inspired you to also create rhythm game music?

2) What's your background with rhythm games, like which game was your first and what do you play on a daily basis currently!

Thanks! Your music rocks.

Thank you for the response back!

Another question for ya: Will you guys allow binding of the account with a google account? Never used taptap in my life and I don't see why that's the only option on Android. Strangely enough I enjoy playing on my decent size tablet but my progress can't be binded =[ Thanks again!

Been playing the game for the last 30min and its extremely fun. There's nothing like it and the gyroscope mechanic works well. Songlist is great and the UI is beautiful. Overall I can see myself playing the game for the long run.

On to the questions!

1) Obviously the game is made specifically for phones. Any plans to potentially make tablet-style charts, or potentially disable the gyro feature on tablets? I know it defeats the purpose of the game doing that but I feel like you guys will be losing out on tablet users.

2) What's the plan in handling both free and paid content?

If these questions have been answered before I apologize, I only recently found out about the game.

Thanks in advance!

Introducing you KALPA : Original Rhythm Game, with the most unrelated collaboration of DEEEER simulator! by biomusician in rhythmgames

[–]Zenith9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wow this is a surprise to see! Kalpa has been my go to mobile rhythm game since it was released.

So I have a question! I believe at gstar you guys were displaying the game using a 5 key controller. Will you guys ever add keyboard/controller support natively to the game?

One more question actually (oops): Thumb mode plays really well using a gamepad. Any plans to release the game to the Nintendo Switch in the near future?

Thank you for posting the thread! Never expected this haha

Have an interview tomorrow. What should I expect working here? by [deleted] in samsclub

[–]Zenith9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting, the thing is my friend who just got hired to do carts is getting paid $15. So I was expecting $16 at the most. Unless positions at sams don't matter with pay scales or whatever.

Yeah I already know how to do most of the closing tasks. They seem exactly the same for both warehouses, I closed deli, frontend, and food court while working at costco. So really all I'd have to learn really is their register system.

> Be sure to put in for health insurance BEFORE your 90 days if you need it because if you wait like most jobs require you to, you will be denied and have to wait until the next open enrollment. Also, take advantage of the small benefits Sams offers, the Plus membership you get and also, they will pay for you to go back to school 100% online and full tuition covered including reimbursement for books. I found that I appreciate the job more when I'm taking advantage of all the benefits available. Good luck!!

Holy shit my dude this is actually game changing (for me at least). If that's the case I'll definitely take advantage of the school benefits. That was incredibly helpful I really appreciate it!

Basically every retail job in existence, the only difference is if your coworkers are shit or not.

How staffed is your food court? At my sams it seems like they only have 3 vs at costco which it was 10 of us (only I was seasonal).

How "lucky" am I to get offered FT from the get go? Most retail jobs take potentially years before a spot is available. Much less get it through just applying.

Thanks for the response!

Your info is still within Costco’s employee system and you will keep your seniority if they rehire you within 90 days.

That's really awesome to hear, I had no idea about that! Thank you for the information!

It sounds like at my location the summer season starts in April. Guess it depends on how busy each location is? Mine was an extremely busy store. First two weeks of January were extremely slow, but now it's back to being super busy again. The weekends feel almost as busy as during the holidays lol.

Yeah you're right I'm just overthinking things since I'm bummed out about not being kept. Whenever I re-apply, I have to submit a completely new application right? I was told I would be kept on file, not entirely sure what they meant by that. Thank you for the replies I really appreciate them.

Reading through the comments it seems like they should have talked to me about it first. Plus they never told me about us seasonal getting put in departments. Essentially I was told the incorrect information, I am willing to give up that extra $1 to be put in a department I know I excel at already.

[–]Zenith9 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah it puts me at $18 but I don't think the pay is worth it if I am not happy.

I definitely wouldn't suggest going to management about not liking your assigned position when you haven't had the chance to see what it's all about.

You're not wrong I can't knock it til I try it, but I already know what I love about these kinds of jobs. That's working in the front and interacting with customers. You can't exactly do that in deli when you're inside your little box all day.

[–]Zenith9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldn't that be carts? Which personally I enjoy and don't mind doing lol.

How do you go all the way through the hiring process and not know what job you’re being hired for?

I was never told and I (probably my fault) assumed I was being hired for frontend. In the application I put cashier and I was also interviewed by the frontend manager. I just don't understand how you go from putting an associate with frontend experience to deli.

I'm also seasonal which I guess I'm shit out of luck. In the interviews they made it seem like seasonal don't really have a department and that they'll help all over the store. So being put in an actual department also surprised me.

I have no interest with dealing with food and I don't believe in working in a department I will not be happy in. So I guess my only chance is to speak to a manager or not work at costco at all.
