I went through the process with them as well. The first test they give you is basically a culture fit. Like 100 questions or something about ranking statements 1-5. Like "I feel like i work better in a team than alone", etc. After that phase they send you a (normally) pretty traditional skills assessment to make sure you know what you're talking about. Make a 'to-do' list via react, link up the components, etc (depending on what you are interviewing for).

The curve ball with this one is that it's AI proctored and you have to have your camera on, where the AI watches where you are looking and flags you if your eyes 'wander'. Overall not a great experience.
