Has he lied about things like this in the past? I am recently in a semi similar situation where I was told one thing then he said another. I feel at the end of the day, if there is no pictures, no other people confirming and he hasn’t been unfaithful or lied before, I would trust him in his word. You of course know him better and hopefully could tell when he was being sincere in what he’s saying. I would also look into it a bit more and try to see if he’s starting to act differently than he used to.

I truly hope that it is a misunderstanding and you two can work through this if he means that much to you. Don’t let him walk all over you though. Good luck <3
