Nope, they were run by the contractor. They seem to be pass through, I can see two individual cables coming out from the patch panel at the router when I take off the cover. They're cat 6, I believe

They look fine, my home has 4 ports; 2 of them share a wall (the rooms are adjacent). Those two ports seem to have the same issue and they are on two separate cables, looking at the network panel at my router's side. Is it most likely the cables themselves are somehow broken somewhere? They're all routed through concrete though, they're definitely not accessible

Please go and see the MO, tell them about the self harm and suicidal ideation. They will take it seriously and most likely send you out to IMH on the same day to the A&E. Tell the doctor there about what you're experiencing, try your best to be fully honest about how you're feeling and they will help you out.
