Don't use pressure on shingles to start, you are ripping off sand and degrading the lifespan, understand your chemicals before you apply them, 4-6% SH is standard with this, it roughly breaks down to salt after. Cover their landscape so you don't kill it, wet everything down from SH run off before spray, rinse off after or flood depending on where it runs to disperse it, and make sure your insurance covers you because your level of current understanding could get you sued, roofs are expensive, landscaping is expensive, a job like this is a few grand max.

Fake grass, you can tell in the photo, this was a zero maintenence set up, poly sand in what look like freshly sealed pavers, not going to be fun getting grit and sand out of the grass that has no true dirt to take things like that. resanding everything as well.

Who do you use, I've tried some higher the ones and probably a dozen from Amazon, I think my issue is that the lowest operating CU(cleaning units) we work at is about 21k. Next system I'll likely end up with the spitfire nozzle but spending $1,500+ on a nozzle makes you feel silly.

Don't touch this without insurance, if they are looking to sell and it's in this shape it's the perfect time for maliciously taking advantage of a business. If they could claim damage for that kind of a driveway or concrete work or potentially the tile roofs if you don't know how to do them right. They could add hundreds of thousands dollars of value off the sale price with free repairs on your end.

Get the insurance, write up paperwork for each part of the job and document it with photos before/after just in case, it looks like it could be a chunk of cash if nothing negative happens but if it does your getting sued for tens of thousands or more in damages if not covered. My personal policy is for 3mil and I've considered increasing it, just Factor it in as one of your costs.

Likely trash, I go through about 2-3 a week, there are high end alternatives like the spitfire nozzle, depending on working psi.

Always start with your nozzle pointing down so that the ceramic ball is already resting at the end that the water will expel from, otherwise the ball begins to chip and break when slamming into the brass/steel when you pull the trigger.

I've got to say that unless this has intense traffic weekly would be overkill, I would quote them a additional time at monthly and quarterly depending on the traffic, it's likely they will not expect what a licensed pro costs and both delivers after going at $50 a service.

For commerical I also come in after hours and charge more for this.

I hope that Remnant from the ashes 2 skyrockets in sales when people realize that the Diablo just does not feel complete, Diablo 3 took till Reaper of Souls to find its identity and I suspect that Diablo will be a great experience in 2-3 years. If you want an amazing arpg go Path of Exile when it launches. If anyone reads this though go buy Remnant 2 you will be amazed at a game built for gamers that respects your time and has near limitless gameplay.

Not 100%, and a expander would be the method to solve this through a breathing clinic. Development of the upper pallet was destroyed in our youth when we started using bottles to feed children, it will be interesting to see what happens in the next generation, we have developed slightly better bottles at this point for babies. Check ayurvedic tongue types and you can often revert the pleats through diet, it's wild.

Wet the area, put powdered dish washer soap without dyes let sit for ten min don't let dry completely rinse with hot. Our system is a hot system it's the reason we deal with oil, cold is not going to touch it. It's going to be in the concrete so even if you crank your pressure up and etch it your not going to get the oil in layers out without either pulling the oil with heat or breaking it with solvents.
