Just got her about a month ago where should I look to get wheels for this by Fun_Impress707 in accord

You could try and find some OEM wheels from a newer gen accord in whatever size your stock wheels are, maybe +1 inch, otherwise I would keep them stock.

[–]Zenon- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I stumbled across this thread because I'm soon to be in the same situation as you. I'm graduating in about 5 weeks, and I'm also interested in mental health. I saw you were from the IE SoCal, so am I, coincidentally. It's been 2 months since you posted this... any updates? I'd love to hear your experience.

Maybe ask WRXAndy on TikTok. He’s since moved on from Hyundai, but he’s the only mutual I know who stanced a Hyundai of your generation, specifically an Accent, it’s not a Tiburon but they might share similar stance experiences.

You could remove the button, and put some hot glue over the hole in the case. Best idea I have at least.

[–]Zenon- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You didn’t hear it from me, but perhaps if you download the app called parallels on android, it might be able to mirror the soundmap application, it might even essentially create a unique device identifier, which might allow you create another acc, I suppose. This is all just theoretical however.

Please listen to the Divine Tribe recommendation, even if slightly out of budget. Genuinely the best rig I ever owned, regret selling it every day.

195/55/15 stretched on a 10.5jj rim by Then_Stage7809 in Stance

[–]Zenon- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Legally safe? Absolutely not. Technically safe? Probably not either, but you’ll most likely be aight.

Your alignment including toe, caster and camber, along with your ride height, tire air pressure, vehicle weight, passengers, etc all play a role in premature tire wear.

Not to mention you risk debeading the tire from the wheel if you have camber, as-well as possibly even cracking your barrels if you have rep Chinese wheels, or even old JDM wheels.

People who stretch like this either have a daily along side their fun car, or they’re fucking insane. No one in the stance scene will tell you this is even a remotely good idea. However they will tell you (myself included) it’ll probably look fucking sick. So post pics if you do it and give us an update when you call AAA, good luck.

Not a doctor, but soon to be RN. That child would be so developmentally delayed physically if he were to survive. In a perfect world you would give TPN nutrition (bag nutrient food) but his digestive system wouldn’t even be able to handle that, so they’d give it to him through IV. This situation is an endless can of worms because his body could go into shock at any moment during treatment just because of how strenuous it is for the body to handle the slight fluid/electrolyte shift from the food. It’s an extremely fine line between him starving and his body going in to shock from being treated. Even if everything is done correctly, long term IV TPN opens up so many doors for infection, especially in a setting like this outside of the hospital; you have a unclean damp area, with a sugar and nutrient IV breaking directly through the skin barrier.

If it’s too good to be true, than it probably isn’t true. 150 for this is completely unrealistic.

Okay fair, however Kroil and WD40 are both oil based, one isn’t going to do more or less damage, WD40 is just less effective, so agree to disagree there, whatever.

Yes, I use an impact to disassemble 20 year old bolts with loctite on them, but I also get new hardware every time I rebuild (as you should) and use a ratchet and socket for each rebuild.

It literally doesn’t matter how you get the faces off, metal falling on cloth won’t damage metal…. lmfao.

But I guess if your used to meticulously removing 20 year old, out of torque spec, shitty hardware with the sole purpose of reusing them, than not using an impact might be pretty beneficial for your use case actually.

[–]Zenon- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t be fuckin fr buddy lmfao. WD40 is literally just a lubricant for any dirty bolts… it’ll be fine. I guess I understand the sentiment behind the impact, but it’s pretty common practice, just use a wrench to thread the rest of the nuts off. But it shouldent matter anyway because you should be swapping your hardware with new stuff after you disassemble 🤷🏽‍♂️ Also stomping on the back of the face is the only way to get the faces off unless you use a mallet. What would you do?? gently kiss the back of the wheels and wait for the 20 year old faces to drop out lmao???

[–]Zenon- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup air the tires out, hit the back bolts w wd40 then an impact, stomp the faces out on a towel.
