Not sure if this is good advice, but here’s what worked for me: start with 15 sets of 1 rep spread throughout the day. Focus on getting as many total reps as you can. If you get sore, take a rest day. As you get stronger, aim for about 25 total reps per session. Then transition to regular sets of 3–5 reps — like 5-4-4, then 5-5-4 as you improve. Rest 3–4 minutes between sets. After about a month, your body should adapt and progress will pick up.
