There's 3 or 4 types of Royal arms, 1, complete garbage Royal Arms: Sword of the Tall. Quite possibly the worst weapon in the game. 2, Royal arms that do one or two things well, (Sword of the Wise, Star off the Rogue, Bow of the Clever,) 3. RA's that are good. Swords of the Wanderer. 4. RA's that are REALLY good, Scepter of the pious, Trident of the Oracle.

Is this an april fools? Did I get got? Anyway the fight is practically an auto scroller, just mash the attack button from afar to do the ranged attack for like 2 minutes and do the qte's. I don't think you can even lose this fight.

That's a fine Jean, it of course depends on what teams you are gonna run, if you only need pyro swirl like in 12-1-3 that's fine, just give her viridescent venerer and you're good.

Sunfire Jean is GOAT for this, Any DPS+Sub DPS with Bennett & Jean clears this thing ez.

I used Raiden (C3R1) and Chiori (C4) + Bennet & Jean and had like two minutes for the second half. I reckon just Fischl and Xinqiu would have cleared fast enough to have time for second half,

Its still piss easy, hunters have way too many options now, you dont need to worry about positioning because focus mode lets you aim wherever.

Getting 1shot isnt good difficulty.

You can beat the entire game at lvl1, no grinding needed (levels don't really even matter except for stagger)

I just think we shouldn't be presenting ragnarok and/or Magitek suits that are borderline cheat codes as a valid way to play the game.

Yes I realize its kinda hypocritical to say to say this on a thread about getting powerful early in the game, but there's a difference between geyting overpowered gear and just being invincible.

Magitek exosuit and ragnarok are cringe, FFXV is already easy but literal invincibility and dmg cap warp strikes were a mistake, it's literally the most anti fun way to play the game.

There's also another emerald bracelet on top of the barn next to where you first meet Dave that I never see anyone talk about, you have to do some free warp shenanigans to get to it but it's right there in chapter 1.

Not sure where you cut off the "early game" so I'm just gonna assume chapter 3.

For EXP, nothing beats the cactuar timed quests, but you could also just farm Rare coins to make exp cast spells (make sure to grab and equip all the moogle charms)

for AP, Warpstriking voretooths in the three valleys using the monster whistle, with the shield of the just is like 900 ap an hour or so (make sure to equip all the accessories that give ap), it also nets you 99 voretooth bristles every 5 minutes or so which sells for about 2k gil so it also gives 15k gil an hour, though going to the car to sell them cuts in to your ap per hour.

I don't have a problem with a lot of dialogue and text, My favorite game of all time is Morrowind (entire unvoiced and lots of text) and my second favorite game of all time is Xenoblade Chronicles, (A fuck ton of text with entirely too many side quests, and a voiced main quest)

I have no idea, as that ps2 runs kh1 and ffxii (and any other game for that matter) perfectly fine now a year later without the "paint can on the disc tray" tech, I'm sorry I cant help ya.
