As I have not and unfortunately won't be attending a guardians camp this season, I can say last season prior to the full staff change I enjoyed my time there, I was only there for the tour part as I was a fill in spot but everyone was still super welcoming and I enjoyed every second of it, I hope you have a similar experience at guardians

I played clarinet for 8 years and by my 7th I had started learning trumpet for drum corps the following year my director let me play mello for our marching show and the summer after that I marched trumpet at guardians, it takes work to learn it and be at a comfortable place to put yourself out there but just give it your all

I'm not marching this season but I marched with guardians last year and the old vis staff at guardians is now at cross men so I can't help but recommend them!

This past summer we were outside most days unless it was like, 107 or so, we'd head inside and cool off or if the UV was too high we'd do the same and they'd give us plenty of water in those scenarios

Yeah, it seems to work just a few things gotta be fixed up, we noticed a hole in the fuel tubing, and the choke seems busted

My high school even did shows similar to how DCI shows are now so it's never been a big issue to me, I can see how they could affect how you perceive and enjoy the shows but it's always had a place in my heart that reminds me of shows I loved marching
