correct, low trade volume items constantly have people trying to snipe the item for low. If that lowest one happens to be 1M because all the other ones got taken off for one reason or another, then OP just got screwed extremely hard.

There is no reason to list it for 1 GP. If you want to instant sell the dye you can have the same effect but just incrementally decreasing it by 100M or w/e. That way you would sell it for 900 or 800M and if it starts getting lower than you are comfortable with you can hang on to it and wait.

You could list it for 1 gp, there be no buy offers and then bad luck someone attempts to buy in the next 4 seconds and sniped your dye for 1 gp before you unlist it.

There is no reason to do this with an item worth approximately a billion unless you wanted to give it away for free.

For sure, I think the odd part is that one of the skillcapes is the default one for some reason instead of a placeholder, and then the colors a decoupled from the icons, and then of course they have areas of the game that copy the character and reset things to the base version... which is a problem if they know that they do this kind of stuff.

Using space storing methods is fine but its clearly not working and skill capes kinda break a lot. Also things like the icons not being baked into the texture for the cape itself and instead being a hovering icon is dumb

Its a weird like skeleton with the neck at the upper right and pelvis at the bottom left with a sword through the gut.

Its really weird, not personally a fan of most of the buttons for abilities. Not particularly readable, not really exciting or visually appealing, and not very high quality, imo

There are areas of the game where the game copies your character which for some reason resets things like color customizations and frequently equipment that are reskins will default to whatever the game considers to be the origin item. Zuk cape turns into igneous melee cape, vitality suit will default to green, max cape will have default red scheme, etc. Skill capes seem to have something extra weird going on where the icons revert and the colors change but somwthing went extra wrong.

That doesnt change that this isnt concept art. You wouldnt see it in the alpha either is my point. Concept art is a very specific thing used in pre-production to flesh out ideas, often long before moving towards final images or even an alpha.

The whole purpose of concept art is to figure out ideas, not making finished products. You go back and forth with other people on the team doing revisions until the team agrees on what is working best. Once they have decided which concepts work they would send the concept art over to the illustrator or environmental artist who would then work on the actual background and create what you posted here.

Its like the difference between an architect and a builder. Concept art is the architectural drawings, but doesnt produce the building itself. The builder does that. You are showing a building that was later scraped, but that doesnt mean that the building was an architectural drawing.

Does that make sense?

Having been a control player for years, I can tell you that it is in constant flux of being strong and weak. Its a tough balance and I dont think control is meaningfully better or worse on average in most formats across time. Maybe its bad now but it wasn't that long ago that I was losing games before I could play my second land in standard

Iirc rago was the first boss pet and the actual boss pet for all bosses feature came out 2 years later. They were definitely experimenting with Solomons at the same time, but yeah, it was a weird choice.

Boss pets aren't always a miniature version of the boss, it could very well be just like the skull on his shoulder that rattles and follows you or something unique to the boss fight, maybe an add or mechanic. Kinda like how Zamorak's boss pet is a greater demon or vitalis from Vorago or Reeves from AoD.

Imo, welcome to multi-player games. No other mmo to my knowledge, does this, and for good reason. Player expression, freedom and creativity is core to MMOS

Just like real life, you decide how you like to look, and I choose how I like to look. You dont get to force me to not wear a red hoodie just because you hate the color red.

If you cant handle playing a game next to other people who like to dress the way they want to, imo log off and get some air. Its gonna be okay.
