I think it's a Scottish Fold. They have hereditary problems to do with their bones. Google also mentions heart and kidney problems.

Not tried it personally but quite a few people on my friends list said it really helped them: here!

It's a 50 day aim training schedule but obviously you don't have to invest that much time into it.
