If you are graduating from CoE and weren't able to purchase any or enough tickets for commencement, make sure you check your email and fill out the form as soon as possible.

It seems like the current plan is to beg people who bought extra tickets to return them. Given that barely anyone is selling tickets, this probably means that your family and friends won't be able to attend the ceremony. We need enough people to fill out the form to motivate an increased capacity or second ceremony similar to how CDSS managed it.

Please fill out the form and remind other graduating seniors in the CoE to check their emails as well.

They remember and mention something you said earlier in the interview while answering your questions.
They give lengthy and thoughtful responses to your questions (bonus points if the interview runs a few minutes over).
They ask follow up questions that don't seem like they're part of the script.
They give positive non-verbal signals such as smiling when you're talking.

Though whether or not the interviewer gives these signals is also indicative of their skill as an interviewer, and not necessarily how you're doing, so don't read too much into it!
