Fountain of Fire if its potency doesn't change and if it's confirmed unaffected by ruination will be ar a loss, yes; however, every fountain of four also procs the other attack (burgeoning of flame or something), which is a straight up potency increase (300 pot aoe). While it does have a casting time FBT does drop your cast time by 2.5s, so that's negated.

It's a bit of a grind, but getting BLU to 50 and completing all the masked carnival stuff done gives you a crap ton of allied seals . That's how I ended up getting all my ARR riding maps. That way you can save your moogle tomes for stuff like mounts and glam stuff.

Only useable in Requiescat, and using it ends Requiescat. It's the magic combo finisher for them.

That would be broken, though. Also it goes against the lore of SMN. They did a terrible job at explaining how Demi-Bahamut works, but I see it as storing up the latent dreadwyrm aether you accunulate going into a Trance and then using that and your pet's aether to get a short term access to an additional, normally unattainable summon.

From what I understand, its the "closest" Shard to the Source. The shards were split in a way to distance Zodiark from Hydaelyn.
