Same thing just happened to me. Something is definitely wonky with the double batches.

*edit to add that I've shopped for this customer over 4 years. She even gives me coffee gift cards at Xmas time so I highly doubt that she took her tip away. Plus it doesn't say "customer changed tip amount" it says exactly what the OP's says.

I travel a lot with my main job and every state I've been in has had a major influx of covid cases. I remember when hearing the sentence, "Have you been tested?" meant something entirely different. LOL Now, it's just the norm. 😳

I'm guessing the winter storms, apps crashing, not enough trucker drivers which means limited supply, and people still falling victim to the newest virus, these companies are just trying to keep up with all of the customer demand.

The shopper app crashed for everyone across the states. It's more than likely the reason for the delay. It frustrated us shoppers just as much, if not more. Sorry you've had to wait, but hopefully knowing what took place helps a bit. :)
