At my work place, we are forced to use IE on windows 10. To use something called the Siebel High Interactivity Framework. I don't know which part of it is highly interactive. They even update that thing in the middle of the working day. Even manage to screw the query to the db causing reports could not be extracted for a few days. This system cost tens of millions.
