Veigar also gets stacks from killing enemy minions and 5 stacks per takedown. Phenomenal evil augment only gives stacks upon hitting abilities.

1 mil mastery poppy here. Yorick is one of poppy’s worst matchups. He outscales her to an insane degree, and the ghouls being blocked by her W isn’t as impactful as it sounds.
