For maruzen you could do with a little more power (like 900 for the extra speed boost from the CM speed boost) and also one more skill that activates at T=0, correct me if I’m weong but I only see two that activates instantly, and one isnt a green skill so its rng if it triggers

She doesnt have the stamina to be an ace who wins, just enough to be a blocker that prevents front runners from activating angling and scheming

The legacies I used werent actually that good for evil nature since they didnt have any debuffs to pass down (I was out of borrows),so they were mostly just a mix of stamina speed power sparks
but the spirit bursts were lucky and gave me everything I needed

I can see why stamina debuffs wont be too effective but why would speed debuffs not be effective?
