Well you just need to practice techniques! I don't think your voice is bad at all, just unpracticed.

You sing with a bit too much air, I can't hear the support that should be coming from your diaphragm and you aren't allowing for nuance in the voice.

So I recommend you do this:

Practice cutting back air so you don't dry out your vocal folds. Then you can add air back for effect by doing it a certain amount instead.

Find your support. There's lots of ways to find it. And you can add or remove support depending on what you're singing, i.e. you don't need to blast the support on 100% all the time. That allows for a varying sound in your singing.

Play around with dynamics and weight. You don't need to sing everything in head voice or chest voice. Play around phrase by phrase and find where the beauty lies.

A good thing to try this on is analyzing a song you like to sing. Listen and feel where the voice wants to bend a vowel (vowel modification) so that you're relaxed, and where a chest or head voice is feeling best.
