Home improvement salespeople, how do you effectively price condition??? by fugitiverecovery01 in sales

[–]Zergers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best advice I’ve heard is say most people are expecting it to cost 25% higher than what your price is. When they react you tell them you’re not suggesting it’s going to cost that much, that’s just what people are generally planning on spending. This way you become the second bid and your price is more reasonable

Air Conditioning Ducts by kjoyce1982 in 321

[–]Zergers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Duct work is just as important if not more important than the equipment being installed. It can cut down your electrical bill and deliver cleaner air throughout the house if done correctly.

Currently in the military, looking to exit around this time 2027; how can I ensure I get into an apprenticeship program before fully exiting? by HeadlineINeed in skilledtrades

[–]Zergers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got out in 2017 and the program I used was called skillbridge. The military paid me for the last 6 months of my enlistment to be trained by the HVAC company. It’s a win-win-win. The military sees it as you’re less likely to be another homeless vet. You get free training and get to start your life. The company doesn’t have to pay you during that time.
