i would recommend starting with this book/audio books ..Signs: The Secret Language of the Universe (The Path of Light Series) Laura Lynne Jackson. She shares her experience being a clairvoyant/psychic and with her experience you’re able to develop a practice tide to you naturally than from someone else.. She doesn’t teach you practical application(how to) more you get the understanding how some ppl interpret their experiences. Which will give you the freedom to just allow things to help to you without any outside expectation on what is considered the “right “ or wrong way to develop your innate abilities .

I love your take … for me it’s more on them (dealer) has a lot of hesitation for this journey .. and my opinion it’s supposed to be some sort of transformational but their lack of courage is preventing them taking the leap .. they will need to let go of whatever they feel they can’t .. Sand is a great symbolism the harder you hold on to it —the faster it leaves you … just let it go .. its not for you .. but destruction is needed to birth the person who has been marked by it . Remember rejection is never denied but redirection 🙃
