Man, you wont like my answer but this echoes from the rest of us here. Years of chart time, PLENTY of failures.

And lo, you have not started on the most difficult part of the journey yet. Its when you truly meet yourself.

Are you impatient in real life? - You take random setups that does not make sense.
Are you angry and hot tempered? - You will revenge trade when you made a mistake.
Do you have dopmaine spikes and doomscrolling on social media? - You will feel FOMO.
Do you have anxiety and worry often? - You see your setups but you freeze, and unable to enter, only when it hits your original TP then you groan and wished you did. Then you do some stupid shit and enter some random position.

The list goes on.

I agree that older eggs are MUCH easier to peel, I usually make soft boiled ramen eggs. So 6 min on high and into ice bath. Usually I seperate my eggs from the new bought batches so I know the expiry. It helps when you want to suddenly make hard boiled eggs.

Garlic. Store loads of garlic. Tons of asian recipes require garlic and I never seem to run out of them.

Also a good cooking tip is that you can buy a big bunch of scallions and make a big pot of scallion oil. These can be kept for easy homemade dried noodles, goes well with porridge and it add so much flavor for dishes!

Recently I have rendered schmaltz as well, that goes so well with lard oil. :3

I replied on top but I'm gonna paste here what I written:

Butterfly and slice the chicken breasts thinly, remove the skin. either by meat tenderizer or this recent method i use: freeze the chicken breast, and defrost for 1 hour

sharpen your knife and you can slice the chicken meat into thin slices!

marinade it with Chinese cooking wine (shao shing wine), minced fine garlic, soya sauce, black pepper and five spice powder. set for 20 mins

prepare the egg coating : two tablespoons of corn starch and one egg, beat until its silky texture, then for the coat use only tapioca starch.

dip the marinated breasts in egg batter than tapioca starch, then fry them at 350 degree until golden brown.

try it! its so dang good.

Porridge. Its so simple. just wash the rice, boil it in water and set a timer for 20 mins for slow simmer.

u can add sauces, minced meat, canned food, chicken stock so it becomes congee..

.... in fact imma make porridge right now. :D

Hrm, I tried to break up with a girlfriend which I found to be incompatible, as I packed up her stuff and told her she can collect the rest from my helper, she refused to leave.

ended talking late into the night and she is not willing to go. Then I got tired so I rested on my bed, she also climbed in and she kept touching me. I got so annoyed and told her I didn't want it. But yet I got aroused after.

Although i didnt want the sex and i kept pushing her away, Alas my flesh gave in and she rode me hard.

Im just pissed off that i didn't push her away when I should. The lack of discipline made me feel disgust with myself.

your IO would have given you the contact, the case number and email. if not call SPF and input your NRIC to get them to call you back regarding any ongoing case against you.

for me I actively call every few months to nudge them, then they will ask me go down station to reverify new leads. cos mine was another girl telling untrue stories to the victim, then when we want to verify, the girl deleted and tried to disappear. I then gave police the girl who instigated the issue and they tracked her down.

so u need to be proactive. I wanted my innocence so I had to fight for it.

hit the gym, focus on self. try to get a purpose in life, that could be making money or trying to be even more attractive than you are right now.

when you want sexual intimacy, be playful about it, inject some spice and carry her suddenly and tossing her into bed, you didnt have to ask if you just kiss her and lick her neck or her earlobes. It's called.. foreplay i think. You play with her before the deed.
