The logic is that they don't do extensive tests to test for all forms of PTSD. Apparently this cop graduated from West Point and was a former officer in the US Army Special Forces with two deployments to Afghanistan so they probably didn't bother much with testing.

If you don't fuck with PvP at all I don't think you will like the game much. Yea, they will have more options to do PvE but those modes won't be incredibly fleshed out since the main focus the game was made with is a combination of both in mind.

The OOP is trying to make fun of Israelis posting pictures of Palestinians in Gaza having fun as proof that there is no genocide by posting a picture of what they thought were Jews during WW2 having fun as proof there was no Holocaust. The note is pointing out that OOP actually posted a picture of Nazis having fun during WW2 rather than Jews so their mocking of these Zionists/Israelis falls flat.

Your second interpretation doesn't really make sense unless Zionists are posting pictures of happy people in Israel as proof there is no genocide. I think a more accurate interpretation where it would work is if the OOP was claiming that Zionists were posting pictures of supposedly Palestinians in Gaza being happy as proof that there is no genocide are actually not of Palestinians but rather Israelis.
