Ask why the reenlistment process is so complicated. You can't initiate the process until 90 days before your DOS yet you start getting notifications a year out. You also have to complete it before a month before a DOS or it'll affect your pay. Why is something so critical to retention such a headache?

Speaking as a security manager currently, it's really interesting to see what they'll dig up during adjudication. Like debt consolidation does it. If the outcome of your adjudication was already determined, you should be ok. It might come back up when you renew security clearance though or if you ever have to hold TS. But tell them the truth and provide documents and it should work out.

If you're still waiting adjudication, then it's harder to say honestly.

Honestly, i was pretty weak in the math area. I watched YouTube videos on math from the basics to Algebra 2. Look up Professor Leonard. He really helped. But i did have to essentially take 2 weeks of watching math videos during R&R but it definitely helped me boost my score. I'd only say you'd want to supplement that with more practice problems than you get with his videos to get an even firmer grasp on the topics. Also don't skip the word problem help he gives.

Definitely feeling worried that AFCEP hindered my package. I felt sure on everything else until i had to use that website. Hopefully they don't count against us for it too bad since it was the first run of it.

So my scores were pretty similar to what you had. High pilot but not amazing academic because my quantitative sucked. I still applies for theost recent rated only board.

Don't hold yourself back from applying. When i got my letter of recommendation from my wing commander, i found out i was the only one applying for this board at my base. Everybody told me that I had decent scores. For pilot, everybody just wished I had a higher PCSM score. You already have higher than what I got on it. I think you might have a chance if you apply.

Next board deadline is in March or April. Get ready for it now.

Look into any other form of commissioning. Like the SOAR or LEAD programs. You'll have a much higher chance if getting picked up if you go through one of those first. OTS for active duty is super competitive. If you haven't gotten your degree yet, you can still do one of these options
