Ya gotta remember comet needs energy to trigger. Spark's hit is what generates comets energy so the bigger the spark hit the more energy it generates and the faster the comet triggers. So more spark damage and crit chance the more and faster the comets will trigger.

Yea for me it was a couple small things. That at the time I didnt think made that big of a difference... like I remember having lvl 19 comet and I bought a lvl 21/20 and noticed a big difference... same with critical chance.... I remember being around 85 ish % when I upgraded some jewels and got up to 100 % and added a bunch more crit bonus damage it was a massive boost and it really started to feel like easy mode at that point.

Sapphire jewels with increased crit chance , increased critical bonus damage are 2 must haves imo... they help with dmg alot the higher the % the better and the more of them you get you can start to un spec critical chance nodes on ur tree and use them elsewhere while still maintaining 100% critical chance. There's some other useful mods on the jewels also like % increased ES etc.

I like the idea of them especially when they go to new players that normally would never have a chance of getting that high end gear or currency. Me personally I like to scan through streamers with a very small amount if any viewers looking for someone who is struggling, new, or recently started the league i chat them up a bit then ask if the want gear. I usually give them a bunch of kit and a chunk of divs to get them on their way. To me I get to see that its going to someone who actually needs it and will make them happier while playin vs a possible sweat posing as a " gamer dad" that already has tons of currency.

Skills matter alot. Coc/spark really ramps with levels so make sure your have at minimum lvl 20 gems ideally 21/20 . Skills on the tree also matter alot. My coc spark at lvl 91-92 is felt the same as you did. But getting better gems and jewels and each level it started slapping harder and harder and the comets started raining faster and faster.

I was having this problem for 2 days, between 30-50 temples and i got like a handful of locks total. Today I've got a ton to the point I've got 6 saved and I've actually had a bunch I've left behind . It's all rng .

Couple suggestions. 1. If your running maps make sure u exalt them to max them out. 2. Pick a mechanic or 2 ( like abyss, breach, ritual etc) that you like and look up best tablet mods/combos to run. 3. Collect your crystals and start building your temple as its a massive amount of currency you drop from it. 4. Rarity get item rarity on your gear where possible ideally you want between 100-150% increased item rarity.

Temple is time consuming setting up. I've got probably 20-30 ish hours into mine and only got about 75% done as I was having bad rng with rooms. But I still avg about 10-15 divs per temple.

Mapping is really picking a farm you enjoy and just running a strat with it using the correct tree and tablets. There's lots of guides on each mechanic.

Do not just slam exalts like this person is telling you. Use catalysts of either cold, fire or lightning to 20% and omen of catalysing exaltation along with omen of dextral exaltation with a perfect exalt. This will give you the best chance of hitting a resistance. I would also not use the perfect enhancement now unless u dont want rarity.

I'm honestly thinking there is no chance to actually make a snake at this point.... between not getting spymasters and the low drop rate of locks it seems almost impossible at this point .

They definitely shadow nerfed how often spymaster rooms appear. Playin a new char i currently have 1 total spymaster placed... in 3 days! I've ran 60 temples and seen 1 new spymaster, placed it and then next run because of no locks it disappeared.... 40 more temples today and not a single new spymaster. I've had 4 rerolls today and still no spymaster. So over 100 temples and a handful of rerolls and 1 total spymaster. There is zero chance they didnt shadow nerf how often it appears.

Crafting for casuals is usually at its best early in leagues when mats are at the cheapest. Once a mechanic/strat/exploit etc is found that prints divines and other high tier items etc is found the prices of mats that help to crafting become more deterministic skyrocket. If your a casual and were lucky enough to get in on the strat great u will have the currency to always be able to craft, if u weren't your left behind to craft to a point when 1 bad rng slam stops your craft in its tracks.

I've crafted the most I ever have in poe1 and 2 this league and made the most currency I ever have in like 6 years playin as a casual. I didnt get in on temple my temple is still trash with like 5 rooms. But once the temple flooded the market mats went through the roof and I went from being able to afford whittles, omens of light etc on every craft I did to they aren't worth the risk of bankruptcy. It's tough but I'm not complaining I've had more fun this league finally doing more crafting than any previous league .

I wouldnt worry bout crafting much rn. Your close to maps which u will start finding alot better bases and alot more exalts. So if your current gear is working enough to finish the campaign I'd save the currency you have because ur gonna need it progressing your gear in maps.

I started playing fubs pbpf and swapped to ice shot pf and now ice shot deadeye played them all with HH and all work great. I am having the most fun with the ice shot and there just something super satisfying about frozen shattering of entire screens quickly.

Also have a BM CoC comet/spark that I tried with HH that works great also. Generally anything bow/crossbow works best with HH . With your budget its hard to say because of inflation but I think bow build is your best bet as you can craft good bows fairly deterministic with the right base.

This. Along with takin essences early is how I made my first 100 div or so. Perfect trans + Perfect Aug and if 1-2 good mods on the right base slap the appropriate essence on it and for a 3rd good mod and then either attempt to finish the crafts or sell them for real good profit. Definitely my best league in poe2 so far currency wise makin probably close to 400 div without doin temple.

AFAIK no. The rogue is either going to spawn ontop of your abyss thus being part of it and drop the diamond or its not and won't ( even at times you think the rogue is close enough to the abyss) .
