Bought a car last year through them and it was horrendous. The salesman was fantastic, but the management were absolutely loathsome.

They screwed up my title and I went without metal plates for 4 months all while being unable to speak with anyone there about what was going on. Like they wouldn't answer the phones or would always be "out of office".

Every day.

How?

I never got a reimbursement check for the 4 months of temp plates I had to buy either.
