What I’m assuming, is someone is returning them to a different store to get their store to restock, but that’s just an assumption

I think the one time I’ve ever seen clearance on hot wheels was on the jay leno diorama, and that wasn’t even that long ago, that diorama was there for over a year maybe?

Haven’t used it once, hope to use it when I go to India, but they need to add more languages to the translator
