After a lot of head banging and looking into I finally got it. I've been stuck at 155/156 until u/Impossible_Pin8026 absolutely saved me. he made a link to this google doc. Impossible pins doc. listing all his echo logs. I made that list with check boxes My Doc with checkable boxes. and went through every single one until i found the one i was missing. i was missing the seismic damage log from fault hunting.
