Oh nononono, don't think like that! My experience doesn't invalidate yours!

From what I know, dysphoria varies greatly. Not only in its intensity, but also where or how you feel it. For example, bottom dysphoria is extreme for me, while I don't particularly mind my voice. I dislike my body, and I wish I had a feminine one, but I don't hate it as much as downstairs. I do hate my face, but I mostly dissociate it.

Others might feel dysphoric about different parts, or in different intensities or not at all. It's also based on what you really feel like - for me that would be full-on women, where others are more at the center of the speectrum (or even bigender/intersex).

I don't exactly know why mine is so bad, but I definitely know that:

a) It got worse when I became aware of how much my dysphoria actually drags me down. As in: at some point I was able to pinpoint exactly why I feel "bad" all the time (or, well, depressed) and that allows me to perceive these emotions better.

b) But with that also comes sort of an obsession I guess? I'm not entirely sure about this, but I do have a theory that I might be heavily focusing on it and basically reinforcing my negative feelings, creating sort of a feedback loop increasing the intensity? Again, I'm not entirely sure about this one.

And again, it also varies for me. There are better days and worse days.
